Celebrate Portsmouth 2024
Celebrate Portsmouth is a Dinner and Silent Auction to benefit the Community Events and Programs offered by Main Street Portsmouth In Bloom. Festivities include Light Hors d'Oeuvres, a Buffet Dinner, Music by Steve Free, Cash Bar, News, and the Ellen Vetter Memorial Service Awards. Councilman Andy Cole will be the Keynote Speaker, focusing on the partnership between MSPIB and the City of Portsmouth.
