March 23^rd – Portsmouth Wind Symphony  Concert at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts at 7 pm. 
“Drums, Drums and More Drums” - The Portsmouth Wind Symphony performs works depicting science, technology, and the Orient with guest artists from the Percussion Studio of Morehead State University and Dr. Ben Cantrell.
