Roy Rogers Festival

August 3^rd, 4^th & 5^th – Roy Rogers Festival – This year’s festival will be held at the American Legion at 705 Court Street in downtown Portsmouth.  Featuring the Mark Wood Fun Show, music from Steve Free, Jon Patterson, Jerry & Jim Evans, and Phoebe White the Yodeling Cowgirl.
